From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'HarborHorizon' was born from a single ambition: to bring genuine Neapolitan pizza to Manchester. The Rossi family embarked on this culinary journey in 1985, opening a quaint, family-owned pizza shop grounded in age-old traditions passed down from ancestors.
Our initiator, Marco Rossi, acquired pizza-crafting skills across Italy, training with distinguished pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of true Italian pizza, honoring traditional techniques and selecting top-tier ingredients.
Starting as a humble establishment with just 12 seats, our pizzeria has flourished into a cherished community fixture. Nevertheless, our fidelity to exceptional quality and genuine practice still stands. We persist in utilizing the traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and choosing the best ingredients attainable.
Currently, 'HarborHorizon' is still under family ownership, with the Rossi lineage's next generation stewarding our dedicated team. Although we've adopted modern improvements, the essence of our enterprise endures: we forge delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
