Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you paid with cash, a refund will be available for pick-up at our location at Pizzeria Via Napoli, 2nd Floor, Manchester, M4 3TR, United Kingdom. Please bring the receipt or proof of purchase for cash refunds.
Non-refundable Items
Please be advised that due to health and safety standards, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or partially consumed food items. For concerns regarding non-consumable merchandise or gift cards, please contact our support team.
